Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test or TANCET is a common entrance exam conducted by Anna University, Chennai for admission to MTech/ MArch/ MPlan/ ME, MBA and MCA programmes offered by various colleges in Tamil Nadu affiliated to the University. During the counselling process, candidates are asked to choose colleges and branches in the application form. after completing the exam you have to register for tancet counselling and choose colleges and course.

In TANCET Examination counselling, the students are required to fill their Locked preferences from the available options of Colleges offering Admission into various disciplines and streams.
Their is no chance that you will move downwards in terms of locked preferences of your choices. There are several rounds in TANCET counselling process.

Hello,CEG campus seats are filled through both Tancet and GATE scores. Only a few departments offer admission through gate and CSE department is one of them. Candidates getting admission through gate score are eligible for monthly stipend and they must possess a recent TANCET score if not cleared in the same year.With your score you can easily avail CSE department.Kindly visit this link to apply via gate score https://www.annauniv.edu/

you have a high chance of getting Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECE) in M.TECH at SSN College of Engineering. Acording to last year cut off, the last candidate who gets a seat in ECE was around 5500. So, accordingly you have a greater chance of getting the seat at SSN College

Accoriding to your category rank (23) and percentile (98.8), you will get power electronics for your M.Tech course in CEG campus. Also you have to wait for some time because CEG campus will releases its lists on its official website from where you need to confirm.
