I got 83.56 percentile in cat 2020 under NC-OBC category Could i get any iim? I got a mail from iim rohtak that Im eligible for its GD PI registration so should i register for it because i doubt of having a chance to qualify the PI. I got 95 % in 10th and 75.2% in 12th. Anyone please help!!!

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

As per your category and percentile in CAT you have no chances to get seat in FMS, University of Delhi but you have chances to get seat in some other B-Schools for MBA/PGDM on the basis

As per your category and percentile in CAT and after considering all the academic factors you have very less chances to get seat in SJMSOM, IIT Bombay or IIT Delhi because cut-offs for them generally variates around 98-99 percentile and for SC category it generally variates around 92-93

The eligibility criteria for CAT is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree with minimum 50% and for SC/ST it is 45% from a recognized board. So if you fulfill the above mentioned eligibility criteria you can appear for CAT. It does not matter if you have failed
