Hello Aspirant,

As per your category and percentile in CAT and after considering all the academic factors you have very less chances to get seat in SJMSOM, IIT Bombay or IIT Delhi because cut-offs for them generally variates around 98-99 percentile and for SC category it generally variates around 92-93

The eligibility criteria for CAT is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree with minimum 50% and for SC/ST it is 45% from a recognized board. So if you fulfill the above mentioned eligibility criteria you can appear for CAT. It does not matter if you have failed
