XAT Selection Procedure 2024 - GD/ PI Shortlist, Criteria

XAT Selection Procedure 2024: XLRI, Jamshedpur will conduct the XAT 2024 selection process after the declaration of the XAT result which has been announced on January 20. Also XLRI Jamshedpur has released XAT 2024 response sheet in online mode on January 11. Each XAT participating institute has its own individual XAT selection procedure 2024 and there is no centralized procedure. Students who make it to the final merit list based on their scores in the XAT exam will be called for XAT counselling. Candidates must register on the official website of the colleges they wish to apply to appear for the XAT 2024 selection process.

XAT Selection Procedure 2024
Candidates who are shortlisted will have to participate in the XLRI selection criteria which includes Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The final merit list will be prepared based on the performance of candidates in all stages of the XAT selection process 2024. Candidates will be able to check the shortlist by using their login credentials on the XAT 2024 official website, xatonline.in. XAT Selection Criteria 2024
Participating Institutes will start the selection procedure for XAT 2024 when the GD/PI shortlist will be available anytime soon. Students who clear the XAT cutoff 2024 will be eligible to participate in the selection rounds of different XLRI Jamshedpur institutes/ colleges. The process for XAT 2024 counselling will be done in online mode. XAT admission process 2024 involves the following steps for admission into XLRI institutes.

- Students have to fill up the application form for XAT 2024 on the official website of XLRI. The authority released the XAT 2024 registration form in online mode on July 15, and it was closed on December 10, 2023.
Phase 2 - Shortlisting of Candidates
- XAT 2024 results has been announced on January 20. XLRI will list students for group discussion and interviews. Students will be selected based on the XAT cutoff published by the participating institutes.
Phase 3 - XAT Selection Rounds
- Students who are shortlisted will be called for the further XLRI call criteria which will consist of the following rounds.
- Group Discussion (GD) or/ and Essay writing
- Personal Interview (PI)
Phase 4 - Final Selection
- After conducting the XLRI Jamshedpur selection criteria, the final list of selected students will be prepared. Selected candidates will be offered admission to the XAT participating institutes in offered programs.

The XAT cut-offs for IMT Nagpur and Welingkar Institute for their MBA program is between 70-80 percentile. So you have a good chance of getting a call from both institutes. However, the chances of conversion depend on your 10th, 12th, graduation marks.
