Many B schools accept CMAT and MAT scores so according to me B schools might take admissions based on CMAT scores whose application dates will be after the scores are available.

Xat cutoff is usually  75+ percentile in XAT

Decision making is very crucial. And you can prepare from last year papers and will get a idea about the section and type of questions.

I think  The last date to fill the XAT registration is from 30th Nov 2018.

XLRI doesn’t release any specific syllabus for XAT. However Here is the list of topics for the exam based on the previous years’ pattern.

Verbal and Logical Ability- Vocabulary, Analogy-based on vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Sentence correction, Grammar, Fill in the blanks, Paragraph Formation Questions, Poem, etc.

Decision-making- Arithmetic, Analytical Reasoning, Situational, etc.

QA & DI- Percentage, Profit & Loss, Time & Distance, Time & Work, Equations, Polynomials, Numbers, Progressions, Probability, Permutation and Combination, Data Sufficiency, Scatter Plots and Bar Charts, etc.

GK- History, Currency, Invention, Geography, National Capital, Culture, Books and authors, Personalities, Important Dates, Films, Science and Business, Current affairs, etc.

If you are asking about admission to Goa Institute of management, admission is done on the basis of CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, score/percentile.

 GIM Goa expected cutoff for CAT is 85 percentile and for XAT it is 80 percentile. So, as per your expected CAT percentile, you have chances to get a call from this college.

However, it should be noted that CAT percentile is not the only parameter for the selection procedure. Selection Procedure also include Past Academic Records, Qualification and Work Experience.
Your academic record in Class 10th and 12th is okay but it is less in Graduation.
Also, as you have mentioned your expected CAT percentile and as the CAT results have been announced, you must have checked your percentile. Kindly mention your percentile so we can help you better and Hope for the Best!

You have about one month and a couple of days to XAT. If you haven't already prepared, or don't have your basics clear, then it is probably too less a time to crack XAT with a good score. However, I would recommend you still appear for the test for the sake of exposure and get a fell of the test. This would help you be better prepared for the test. There is no marks or percentage limit to apply XAT.

Qualification :

A minimum of 3 year Bachelor's degree or studying in the final year of Bachelor's degree is required.
