CAT is a National level Common Admission Test to get admission in IIM's and Some Business Schools to pursue Post Graduation in Management i,e PGDM/MBA. XAT is also another National level exam Conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur for admission to MBA/PGDM Course. Some Business Schools offers CAT and some other XAT. I suggest you to apply CAT exam because you can get admission in IIM's through CAT but not XAT. If you have written Same exams, and the College accepts both you can apply through only One particular exam Score which is better.

Yes you will get a call from XIME as the cutoff percentile for the XIME is 75 percentile and there are less of you getting call from IRMA as the percentile is around 80% for IRMA.
So you have chances in XIME and a very few chances in IRMA.
And same for Somaiya you need 80 above cutoff.

Admission Process for PUMBA
1. PUMBA adheres strictly to the DTE rules for its MBA++ admission process. Students must qualify for the MH-CET exam for candidates from Maharashtra. Students can apply for Outside Maharashtra Candidates (OMS) via CMAT / CAT / MH-CET.
2. An applicant must have completed a bachelor's degree at any university with at least 50 percent marks or comparable CGPA (45 percent in the case of backward class and persons with disabilities).

For General class, the cutoff is continually high and for OBC it's slightly at the lighter side by three percentile. For SC and ST it is variable from 58 percentile to 86 percentile.
For specially-abled candidates, it is between 56 to 60 percentile.
Hence PUMBA sticks out to be the hardest but the most relied on option for MBA aspirants. Fees for it is the entire direction of 22 months is Rs 1.4 lakh and for OBC it's Rs 75k, for SC ST NT it's Rs 20k.
