Non-Maths are eligible for UGAT but not for DU JAT.

Eligibility Criteria for DU JAT-

Candidates of General Category should have an aggregate of minimum 60 per cent in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two subjects from the list of elective subjects as approved by the University of Delhi.However, the minimum percentage requirement for namely SC, ST, CW, and PwD category candidates is 55 per cent.

As per your requirement, i would say that you csn go to any near by cyber cafe to fill up your ugat form by providing the necessary details, photo, sign etc and get it done or do it yourself even either in cafe or in your home only if you know how to do and have all scanned copies ready.

You can ask someone of your family or friends to do it even.
