The most important thing is that getting an admission in any Engineering college is mainly based on your category. As you did not mention your category we cannot say that you can get admission in particular college

For counselling the resident certificate is an important document. If the Certificate is not being issued then please contact TSICET whether it is possible to verify document with the help of Birth certification, Electricity bill or Ration Card.

TS ICET Counselling - Payment of Processing Fees
Candidates have to pay the processing fee before online slot booking process for attending the certificate verification. The processing fee is Rs 600 (SC/ST) while it is Rs 1200 (for others). Processing fee can be paid by candidates using credit card/debit card or net banking. The process of paying the fee is explained below -

To attend the web counselling candidates need to register themselves on the website first.
Candidates have to check their counselling date and time according to their rank in the merit list.
The authority has divided the rank-wise counselling schedule which is made available on the website.
The council conduct the three rounds of the counselling. Candidates those allotted the seat in the first round of counselling can change their option of selected course and college in the second or third round.
Candidates have to show the original documents at the designated document verification centres.
