Well going by the cutoffs of previous years, with this rank you can get MCA in Nizam College but not MBA.

The MBA cutoffs for Nizam college doesn't even cross the 4000 mark for SC category so a rank of 14000 doesn't come into consideration.

You can try for other colleges if you want if you are planning for MBA.

Getting a fee reimbursement will depend on certain factors. If your family income is below 2 lakhs per annum then you can get full fee reimbursement (for sc category).

DTE Telangana is yet to announce the TS ICET 2019 second counselling dates and will wait till the candidates finally report to the allotted college. Instead of instantly going for TS ICET 2nd counselling 2019, the DTE Telangana will first use the waiting list prepared in the first phase of TS ICET 2019 counselling. In case there is shortfall in the number of candidates, it is possible that the TS ICET 2nd counselling dates are announced.

Apart from this, DTE Telangana, may allow the colleges to offer admission to the candidates fulfilling eligibility norms for TS ICET 2019 counselling process in case the sufficient number of students do not report to the allotted college after completion of TS ICET counselling 2019.

Well I am sorry to say but the payment of processing fee for certificate verification had started from 5th August and has ended on 8th August, 2019 for TS-ICET counselling. Till now there has been no further extension of dates for the payment of processing fee of TS-ICET counselling 2019 by the concerned authorities. Below I have listed the counselling dates for TS-ICET - 

• Payment of processing fee for TS-ICET counselling and slot booking : 5th to 8th August, 2019.
• TS-ICET certificate verification : 8th to 11th August, 2019.
• Web option entry : 8th to 12th August, 2019.
• Freezing of options : 12th August, 2019.
• Release of provisional allotment results : 14th August, 2019.
• Payment of tution fee and online reporting : 14th to 17th August, 2019.

If you have studied  4years outoff 7years in telengana  even if you belongs to  AP you will get scholarship  if your income is less then 1 lakhs then you will get 35000 fee remiburment from government of telengana if your parents are government employees then you will not get fee reimbursement.
