If you want to withdraw your seat,you will get your full fees refunded,you just need to cancel the seat,and you can participate in next round,if you get a good college which you want ,then your allotment will automatically transfer there.

According to fee remiburment category if your caste belongs to SC or St then you no need of paying any amount government of telengana will pay your whole fee or if you belongs to any other caste the you need to pay rest of amount without fee reimburment I.e
