It is advisable to not to pay or update anything when the site under maintenance as there is a high chance of the site not responding or any kind of malfunction during this time. If you see this written then it is better to wait for sometime and when the site is back to normal, to perform the necessary procedures.

I think your marks and rank is averages at these marks you may get some good Insitute for MBA but getting those it, not an easy job but you might have some chances. After that my suggestion is you may apply for the top 20 Institute you may get by TSICET and apply for them at this way you may get best Institute that you may not think and also OC community ranks also help you.

Telengana University is the best college in telengana and college people provide you college hostel facilities and hostel is allocated at 1km approximately away from college you can book your bed by paying hostel fee separately and very less fee approximately 10k per year  and contact directly to college they help you better and with perfect fee details

According to fee remiburment category if your caste belongs to SC or St then you no need of paying any amount government of telengana will pay your whole fee or if you belongs to any other caste the you need to pay rest of amount without fee reimburment I.e you will get 35k from government if your college fee and fee reimburment fee is equal then you will see an option. No need to pay anything please provide your caste to help you better

Yes, it is possible but If you surpass the cancelling date them it might have a problem you cancelled it now but some amount of money you may pay for registration or fee they asked for that may have detected it depends on the term and condition or policy So be ready for it. no need to worry about cancellation is will you get easily just contract and tell about your condition.
