Instead you may try contacting the college authorities in which you have taken your admission and paid the money. Try explaining your situation and reason for not taking your admission.

As you got seat in pendekanti college for MBA as that is very good college soo don't go for second counselling. As pendekanti college is not that bad compared to other colleges so go it for pendekanti college. Pendekanti college has very good infrastructure, good placements, good faculty, and many more things. So I think not going for second counselling is best and join in pendekanti college will be the best. To get admission in malla reddy college your rank needs to be around 23000 in councelling,as you are facing problem in counselling you need to visit college personally to check if you can get admission there or not,

Malla reddy's fees is 54000 for MBA,but if you want to get it from management qouta you have to pay more.

And malla reddy institute of engineering and technology is a good college,its rating on different platform is quite good and also its not necessary that you will get better college in 2nd round, so it will be better if you join  mlrd.even salary is also around 4 lakh average for MBA.
