If you have paid challen to hold your first couselling seat then it will be hold for you or else it won't be hold so do one thing pay challen and hold first couselling seat and do all process if you got good college in second couselling then put a trasfer of your money to second alloted seats which you have paid for first couselling seat or if you don't like your seat of second couselling then don't put trasfer by this way you will have two choices either first alloted seat or second allotment and if you haven't paid to hold first alloted seat then it will not hold for you

When you report at college take atleast 4copies of all your documents the college management will take 3copies during your Admission along with all your original they will take them off they will not give you back after completing of your graduation they will submit you  till then they won't give your certificates to you

Government of telengana has not annoced notification for second couselling definitely they will conduct second couselling wait for the notification and at present self reporting process going on  after that they will announce how many seats are left because may some people attended counseling and got allotment in first allotment they may not book there seat so let's wait for notification then you will come to know all details
