In respect of Non-Local candidates in order to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats the following certificates need to be submitted:

Residence Certificate: Candidates who have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State; or either of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of employment outside the State.

I am so sorry to inform that if you did not pay the admission fesses even after the notices given by the institution then I think you won't be allowed to proceed for second counselling and that is the reason your ID is not able to log in.

MRCET campus is better among all campuses as it ranked top.. Placement record of MRCET CAMPUS is nice.. Highest pay package is around 16 lpa but average package is not Soo good.If you have potential then don't worry about placement, surely you will get package..
