I wrote ICET 2 years ago, would I need to write the exam again or result from 2018 will help me to get the admission?

Hello,

The validity of TSICET is only for one year.Your TSICET score was valid only for academic year 2018-2019.You need to appear again and qualify in TSICET.The registration process will start from March 9, 2020 and the last date without fee in April 30, 2020.

The registration will still be open from April 30, 2020 - May 6, 2020 with late fee.

If I get 120 marks in tsicet how muchrank could I expect?

Hi Ashwini,

If you are expecting or have scored 120 marks then according to last year results your rank would be around 700-1000.And in that rank you will get seat in good colleges.

You can also check the cutoff list(2017) of all the colleges in TSICET by going through below given link:-

Hello,

No, the admission in Hotel Management is not based on TS ICET.

TS ICET is an entrance exam for admission in MBA and MCA in the institutes of Telangana.You cannot get admission in hotel management through TS ICET.

NCHMCT JEE is an entrance exam for admission in Hospitality.It is a national level entrance exam.

The online application is available and the last date to apply is March 20, 2020.

TS ICET 2020 Eligibility Criteria


Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Domicile: Candidate must satisfy the domicile requirements of Telangana state government.

Qualifying Exam (MBA): Candidates must have passed 3 years duration bachelor’s degree from any recognized college or university.

Qualifying Exam (MCA): Candidates must have qualified a recognized bachelor’s degree. Candidates must have Mathematics at 10+2 standard.

Qualifying Marks: Students should have obtained minimum of 50% marks for general candidates and 45% marks for reserved category candidates in the qualifying exam.

Appearing Candidate: Candidates appearing in their final year/ semesters are eligible to apply.

The qualifying degree obtained by distance mode programme should have recognition by joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB.

The candidate should have passed recognized Bachelor’s Degree examination of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examination with Mathematics at 10+2 leve l.

I have cancelled my seat which is alloted in 2nd counselling of tsicet 2019 before the specified date.i paid rs13000 in first counselling . official website says that if u cancel the seat before specified date u vll get 50% of fee refund.till now I didnt receive the refund amount.

Please wait for some days they will refund it if you have cancelled your seat before the date then you will get refund. If you don't get then call or email the authority about your refund and they will deposit your refund and will give you details that till when they will deposit money.

Upto which rank can we get free seat i.e full fee reimbursement in TSICET 2020

The cutoff of TS ICET  wink be released after the declaration of results . TS ICET cutoff of 2020 will mention the minimum marks required by the candidate to qualify for the admission process of the participating institutes.  the previous year , as per TSCHE ,The cutoff was 25% of the total marks allotted. Hence the cutoff for the previous year was 50 out of 200 marks.

This year the cutoff is expected to be 50. (25% of 200).

Hey Sunil,
Yes you are eligible for  TS ICET examination.
According to their eligibility criteria, all you need is a graduate degree from a recognised university with 50% marks.
IF you have done your B.Tech from open University, then it must be recognised by joint committee of AICTE, UGC and DEC.
