In counselling you have to register and cutoffs, select the college in which you will be taking admission, while in certificate verification you need to visit the selected college amd get yourself registered and follow admission procedure.

Usually when there is no residence certificate,in this an alternative such as the electricity bill with adhaar card details is asked. Please mail them and get it confirmed.

You don't need gap certificate at the time of counseling but at the time of addmission you need a valid gap certificate....
