jntu university,osmania university,andhra university,gitam university,lpu university,are taking part in ts icet selections to intake students.
yes you can get free seat when you get selected in counselling but as an non local student of andhra pradesh you are not elligible for fee reimbuirsement.

You wants to appear in TS ICET -2019 counseling with the Xerox copy of your study degree certificate.
But sorry to say that you can not appear in the TS ICET 2019 counseling with the Xerox copy of it.
