Spot admission means you need to participate in counselling offline at centre where you have to pay some amount which is fixed if you get any college,there you will get freedom to choose between vacant seats in different colleges.

Hello Naresh, as per the authorities the counselling for TSICET  will start after the last week of July.  So counselling will start soon. Make sure to collect documents correctly.
