Actually the percentile is obviously not the proper term to tell about the score or rank. It is actually how many number of students are far behind fr you.
But as you are from a special category then obviously there is a reservation for you.

for MCA, cutoff is not available. if you have a score below 100 then it will make you eligible for many colleges. as you mentioned your percentile score, normalized expected rank range is 1-10.
you have so many college options. You can try for top TANCET accepting MCA colleges.
You have not mentioned for which stream you have got your score as TANCET has released cutoff list for MBA/MCA/MTech.
