There are three sections of tancet exam part 1and 2 are compulsory and 3rd part is as per the decipline chosen and time allocated is 2 hours. part 1 engineering mathematics, part 2 is basic science and engineering and third is as per your discipline chosen. the cutoffs vary each year and depends on various factors including gate.

As this score is good enough for some top colleges like Anna University and some others but untill you specify the course for which you are enquiring we cannot help you appropriately.

TANCET exam is conducted for determining the eligibility for MBA, M.Tech, MCA and so on.

Without entrance exam, you won't be eligible for admission unless you choose direct admission.

You are appearing JEE main. if you have a rank below 5 lakh then apply for government college for CSE/ECE/ ME/Automobile engineering. You have reservation category which increases your chance for high factor. if your rank is below 2 lakhs then you can also apply for low ranked NITs campus.

Mostly these branch have robotics course in higher semesters. After BTech you can do Mtech and specialization in Robotics.

For now do your best in the exam. You can decide which college you will join after results get declared.

You have not mentioned for which degree as TANCET has released result for MTech/ME , MBA, MCA.

Your TANCET rank  will be taken for counseling process. You can go for general or categorical rank. Your categorical rank will be possibly lower than general rank. It will make you eligible for more college options.

You can choose AU which will be the best option. You can also go for colleges which are affiliated under AU. You can also apply for top private colleges.

As you have not mentioned degree it will hard to suggest college. Search a suitable one for yourself.

Actually PSG College of technology is a very good private autonomous institute situated at Coimbatore Tamil Nadu. For MBA course it cost total 70000 rupees. There are about 180 seats in total.

SBC se very good college I don't think that it you get any seat for MBA. But you can try for it. Hope this will help you
