If your percentile score is 73.056 then you must have scored somewhere between 20-24 marks. The official Cutoffs for various colleges and courses have not been announced by Anna University, conducting body of TANCET exam on the behalf of Tamilnadu government, but according to the expected Cutoffs, at this percentile it is very very difficult to get a seat. But the actual Cutoff may be even lower.
