Hello aspirant,
It depends on the seat availability of the course. Now, you have a valid GATE score, so can apply for a seat through single window counseling conducted by Anna university. Usually, a GATE score above 40 can get you a seat in the Masters' program at PSG college. However, it is subjected to seat availability. Sometimes even if you have a valid GATE score, you might not get a seat due to the unavailability of the same.
Additionally, candidates who are admitted through GATE are paid a monthly stipend.
Please use the GATE college predictor link below for a detailed analysis of the colleges that you might be eligible for.

Hello,
There are various entrance examinations for admission to Masters in Business Administration. If you do not wish to waste one year you can prepare for the upcoming MBA entrance examinations such as CAT, MAH MBA CET, TS ICET, AP ICET and other such Examination. But if you want to only appear for TANCET then you have wait until next year and apply one again. Here is the link where you can check the list of MBA entrance examinations

SSN college of Management is pretty decent college for those who want to pursue their MBA and don't have offers for admission from top B schools. It has a total intake of 120 students.
Placement is also pretty good. Nearly 95% students are placed every year.
The approximate fees for two years sums to around 5-6 lakhs and that also includes the hostel fees.
I would say quite decent college to go for.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
