At this rank your chances are quite low of getting admission in any college who offer mca course. I would strongly recommend you to start preparing for next attempt by following  aproper roadmap and score atleast 67 to be in safe zone

see admission to colleges of tamil nadu post graduate course like mba, m.tech is based on tancet counselling. the college is allotted based on gate score or tancet score. gate scorer has the priority and once gate rank wise counselling has completed , tancet score wise counselling begin. so it is quite difficult to predict college since it depends on the choice of streams, number of applicants for any particular trade, students category, seat matrix etc.

however since the college of guindy is demanding institute, your chances for securing seat is less at this percentile.

nevertheless apply for others colleges as well or again prepare for next year exam.
