During counselling process of TANCET there are different merit list for GATE and TANCET qualified students and on that basis you will be called for counselling. However final merit list will combined of the two list. Since you got good marks through TANCET i suggest you to apply through

Since you have scored 30.8 in ME/MTech tancet and belonging to SC category,so it is difficult for you to get a seat in CEG,MIT,AC Tech campus since these colleges come under A category where minimum 47-50 marks are needed for SC category.
