Yes. TANCET  is conducted for admission to various master programs including MBA, MCA, M.Tech, M.Arch, and M.Plan. All students can apply for it as long as they have a qualifying degree.

As you mention your rank with this it is difficult to get colleges like an IT Anna University another top colleges if you are from open but if you are from reserved category you can try there and go there till last round of counselling

• MIT
• AC Tech Campus

With a mere score of 34 Tancet score you may not be able to get a seat especially if you belong from other state. The cut off for TANCET expected this year for 2019 counselling is 35 for General, 30 for BC, 27.5 for SC and 25.5 for ST.
