You have to convert your GPA to percentage system . Different colleges have different rules but basic rule is to multiply your GPA  by 9.5 and the result is your percentage

You have a decent rank in TANCET ME 2019. But since you belong to OC category your chances of making into government colleges like MIT, CEG etc. PSG is one of the top colleges and since not only the TANCET candidates but GATE candidates are also competing it
