NMAT colleges and their cutoffs are:

There are several other colleges which come under the NMAT exam. But the above ones are quite reputed(especially the top 4). In terms of marks, NMIMS, Mumbai can fall till 215 while the other two campuses have their cutoff marks as low as 190. XIM, Bhubaneswar has its cutoff same as the NMIMS Hyderabad and Bangalore campuses.

The Fees for academic year 2018-2019 will be informed during CD/PI. However, fees for academic year 2017 – 2018 for MBA / MBA HR Program were 8,75,000/-, MBA Pharmaceutical Management were Rs. 5,25,000/-, PGDM Bangalore / Hyderabad / Navi Mumbai / Indore were Rs. 7,25,000/- (For information only).

Let me explain this with an example suppose that you went to market to buy apples.There are few apples which are rotten and not fit for eating and there are apples which looks good overall and worth buying. What are you going to do? Buy the rotten apples or the good one? You will definitely choose the best apples.Similarly the institutes wants the best candidates, why would they want someone who is just good in scoring marks? Corporate world is very competitive, to be able to sustain one must have good aptitude as well as hard skills and technical skills. It will not help just by merely scoring marks.In group discussion skills like communication, team work, knowledge etc are tested and in personal interview your personality is tested. So you must be good in aptitude as well as skills which will help you achieve your goals.

NMAT by GMAC offers students to self schedule their test interms of place and Date. The registration fee is 2000 plus taxes. If one wants to reschedule their test , he /she has to pay an extra 1100 rupees. And it should be done before 72 hours to the scheduled exam timing. So you cannot reschedule the test before 2 days.

The NMAT scores are out and by the time the GMAC which conducted the NMAT will come out with percentiles based on the score you got recently , no one can be 100% sure about the percentile just seeing the score.

But by observing the past pattern of Percentile Vs Score in NMAT exam we can just have an idea of the approximate percentile we can have:

Referring to the cut off last year, you will surely get a call for the colleges under NMAT except for NMIMS. You might get a call from NMIMS as well but he chances are very thin. Also, the written score might be an issue but you can still manage to get through given that you perform well in your GDPI. Most colleges give higher weightage to GDPI and you henceforth have a higher chance of superceding the candidates who scored higher than you in the written exam.

Hey Harish, it is not usually allowed to make any changes in the form after submitting the form and paying the registration fee. Although, alterations to some sections is allowed. Preference of school is one of them. To change any of them permitted data in the form, contact the help desk between 10 am to 6 pm either through mail, or a phone call and they can help you further with the procedure.
