First of all, you have scored really well on NMAT. With this score, you may apply in various top colleges like NMIMS, XIM-B,SPJIMR Mumbai,VIT University Vellore,K J Somaiya etc. Coming to School of Petroleum Management,it is a reputed institution with a good ranking and yes, with your score, you will very well get a call form this college. The institute has good a fine faculty and the quality of training given is good, so in general MBA learning experience is good in this college. Your subjective experiences in a college life may vary based on your expectations , but in general the college is good in terms of infrastructure student facilities,education and placements. Moreover , getting a good job placement lies on your capabilities ,knowledge and skills rather than the college. So if you come out meritorious , then you will easily get a decent placement.Almost 90-95% of the students have got placements. 18.4 LPA is the highest package of this year, while average pay is around 7-8 LPA. Various companies such as GAIL, Accenture, Reliance, Adani, Torrent, EY, KPMG, GAIL, ONGC, BPCL, SBI Capital Markets, RIL, ESSAR, GSPC, GSPL, Petronet LNG Limited. Yes . Below are the sectional cutoffs for NMAT:
Quantitative Skills--68-72
Logical Reasoning--67-72
Language Skills--62-68
And overall safe score for reputed institutes is 200+
The 2018 NMAT cutoff for Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies,Mumbai was 212. And this year the expected cutoff can be 240+ for NMIMS. And the sectional cutoffs for NMIMS are quant- 70,verbal- 75 and logical- 75. Hence, as you have scored well in all your sections , and has an overall score of 250+ , you have a very good chance to get a call from NMIMS ,Mumbai. So prepare well for your personal interview and GD rounds and perform well as they are crucial in deciding your final selection.

Regarding Photo Identification, you have to carry the document that contains signature and photograph that strikes resemblance with the photograph and signature that is affixed in the NMAT admit card. Even if you do not have such an Identity proof, carry along with you Aadhar card and also if possible an Id card which has the resemblance of the same photo and signature. If you do not have them, it is still fine. But just make sure that you have the photograph in spare to validate that both of them is you. Few tips for the exam day:
Do not sign on the Admit card before you reach the Exam center.
Check the Exam center location beforehand
Do not carry any Electronic Gadgets
Check the seating arrangement
There are lockers available and so you can put your personal belongings in the designated lockers

The NMAT accepting institutes will release their cutoffs however NMAT cut off scores for various programs varies because it depends on various factors. Like Number of student appear, Number of seats, Level of questions etc..So accordingly the cutoff percentile for NMIMS IS around 95 which is around 215-220 marks thus you have chances of getting into NMIMS mumbai. You need to have impressive academic and work profile and you should perform well in other rounds as well.

Scoring 207 in NMAT is a boundary line score for getting a call from NMIMS Mumbai. The cutoff ranges around 210 depending upon the difficulty of the session, Number of seats and Number of candidate appeared.
But if you've a work experience of 3 years there could be a chance of the call one can't be sure about it.
My suggestion would be if you're comfortable with attempting a retest and if the slots are available than you must apply for it. Improve the section in which you feel you didn't score well.

As per the information available on website, a candidate cannot change to different mode of attempt for the exam for same attempt. But for next attempt of NMAT exam, you can reschedule your mode of exam. so , yes you cange it from home proctored to test centre.
