As far as your attempts are concerned it's a pretty good number of attempts so i would suggest you if you are attempting this much questions then kindly attempt it with accuracy because this is the most important thing in any entrance examination. You should not get negative marks . Just keep in mind you need to be focused in your accuracy.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Mat examination is conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) in offer admission in various Management courses. See it is not possible to tell your percentage just from your marks as it depends upon several factors which include the number of people who appeared for examination, the difficulty level of questions and the moderation policy applied. Further more, percentile denotes percentage of people who have scored lower marks than you, so it's not just about your performance.

See as per the eligibility criteria released by AIMA for MAT 2022, you should apply now for MAT 2022 if this is your final year because the eligibility criteria says that final year candidates are also eligible for MAT 2022.
If you are pursuing a 3-year undergraduate course then definitely you are in your final year but if you are pursuing a 4-year undergraduate course then you are in pre-final year now and in this case you can apply for MAT 2023 because in 2022-23 you will be in your final year.
Now if you are in your final year then you can apply for Computer Based Test (CBT) of MAT 2022 or for Internet Based Test (IBT) because the dates goes like :-
*** Application for CBT :- Ends on March 7th 2022
*** Examination for CBT :- March 13th 2022
*** Application for IBT :- Ends on March 19th 2022
*** Examination for IBT :- February 26th to March 22nd 2022 in multiple shifts.

Hope you are doing well!
In order to be eligible for NMMS scholarship, you need to score at least 40 percent marks in each of MAT and SAT exam. There is a relaxation of marks for reserved categories. Their cutoff marks should be 32 percent.
You need to score at least 55 percent marks in Class 8 final exam. For SC or ST students, relaxation of marks is 5 percent.
NMMS scholarship is actually National Means-Cum-Merit Scholarship.

In order to be eligible for MAT exam 2022, you need to pass graduation in any discipline from any recognised university or if you are a final year student in UG that is BA or B.Sc or B.Com or B.Tech etc.
