As such the courses were scheduled to be taken in offline mode but because of the extended pandemic issues, it's more likely that the colleges will function on online basis until further notice. As such from January they are planning to start the colleges but we will have to wait & watch how this one unfolds. Keep an eye out for news of this kind.

If you are asking about MAH CET 2021 Exam , then let me tell you that, the State Common Entrance Test Cell , Maharashtra will release the application form of MAH CET 2021 tentatively in the second week of January. If you wish to apply for this exam, then you have to wait for the opening of application form. The MAH CET 2021 Exam, is expected to be conducting in the month of March. The MAH CET MBA 2021 will release the application form in the second week of January 2021. MAH CET 2021 admit card will be released in the first week of March. MAH CET 2021 MBA will be held in the second week of March.
MAH CET 2021 will be conducted in online mode. There is no negative marking.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, conducts exam MHT CET and also MAH MBA CET! The Application Form will be released by the Second Week of January, 2021, and you'll have time till the end of February, 2021. The Exam will be conducted tentatively by the Third Week of March!

The general eligibility criteria for MHT CET is:
Candidates should be Indian nationals.
There is no age limit of candidates
Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board/ university with PCM and must have at least 50% marks in their 10+2 or equivalent exam. For reserved category the minimum marks required is 45%

You can attemot MAH CET exam twice and for this you either must be a final year student or should have bachelor's degree. And there is nothing such mentioned that if you partcipate in 2020 counselling then you will be ineligible for 2021 exam. If you get a good college in 2020 counselling and get admission there then also you are eligible for 2021 ( second attempt). You can check the eligibility criteria here:

CMAT examination provides MBA/ PGDM colleges all over India whereas MH CET CAP provides admission to the MBA/MMS Institutes of state of Maharashtra only!
