Since you chose to 'freeze' your allotted seat in round 1 itself you will not be considered for the subsequent round 2 or 3.
However, you will be able to participate in CAP round IV. The seats available for this round shall be published on the website. You are allowed to fill in or edit the already filled online option form. The seats to be allotted during this round shall be subject to the following conditions.- (1) Before start of this round, you can change their option from Freezing to Floating or vice-versa (2) Following candidates will be considered eligible for this round: a. The eligible Candidates who have not been allotted any seat in any of the previous rounds or not participated by the way of not filling the Option form in CAP Round I; or b. Those who have taken and cancelled their admission in the earlier rounds; or c. Those who have rejected the offered seat by not reporting to the Admission Centre ; or d. Those who have Freezed the admission in earlier rounds but are desirous of changing the option to Floating in this final round. (3) Floating options are not available in this round as it is the final CAP Round. (4)After final CAP Round, you shall report to the institution finally allotted and confirm your admission in the institution.

Step 2: Then, click on the MBA/ MMS link at the top left corner of the homepage.
Step 3: The link will redirect you to the MBA/ MMS 2021 portal. From there, find and click on the link for “Registered Candidate Login” at the left side of the page.
Step 4: Next, enter the MAH CET 2021 login information such as application ID and password.
Step 5: Then, fill the Maharashtra MAH CET CAP registration 2021 for round 2.

In Maharashtra, the MHT (Maharashtra common entrance test) is given to students who wish to enroll in a variety of educational programs, including medical, engineering, and agricultural classes, as well as law, management, and MCA programs. Former military personnel's children, daughters, and spouses who live in Maharashtra are included in this category.
Children, wives, and parents of active-duty military personnel stationed in Maharashtra are included in this group.
Candidates seeking the defense quota reservation for Def-1 and Def-2 seats must meet the following criteria:
Members of the Indian Armed Forces who have served five years or more and are covered by the Indian Army Act, Indian Navy Act, or Indian Air Force Act are eligible to apply. The term "ex-serviceman" encompasses anyone who has served in the military but has been honorably discharged, was permanently crippled, or was killed in action. To be eligible for this category, a candidate must have a certificate from the issuing authority or Zilla Sainik Board in Maharashtra.
Disabled or deceased military personnel may be exempt from the five-year active duty requirement if they are disabled or killed in combat. Restriction will be given only in the event of disability or death, as documented by a valid certificate.
To be considered for a post in the Def-1 or Def-2 category, a candidate must produce the following documents:
candidate's military identification card from their father or mother
A certificate proving residency in Maharashtra must be produced.
The certificate of domicile should be issued by a District Magistrate, Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, or Tehsildar.
Candidates from the Def-1 and Def-2 categories with SSS/HSC diplomas from states other than Maharashtra will not be discriminated against.
the active-duty military service member's son, daughter, or spouse who has been relocated to Maharashtra State from another state and who is not a resident of Maharashtra must be included in the meaning of def3.
Candidates must achieve the following criteria in order to be eligible for the defense quota reservation for Def-3 seats:
A member of the armed forces who is not a resident of Maharashtra but has been transferred there for reasons of public importance may submit a Preference Form before the deadline.
To apply for a position in Maharashtra, a member of the Indian Defense Forces must be stationed in the region on the last day of submission in order to complete the Preference Form.
One must pass the entrance exam to be eligible.
Each of the conditions above must be verified with a certificate issued by the issuing authority in proforma, as well as any necessary and acceptable documentation to support it.
This ban does not apply to the children of Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force civilian employees.

This includes an ex-serviceman who has retired from such service or was permanently disabled/killed in action. Candidate must receive a certificate from the issuing authorities or Zilla Sainik Board in Maharashtra in order to claim a seat under this category.
Defense service members who are disabled or killed in action may be eligible for an exception from the five-year active duty requirement. Restriction will be granted only upon presentation of a certificate proving the incapacity or death in question.

A Defence Service member who is not a resident of Maharashtra but has been moved to the state in the public interest may submit a Preference Form before the deadline.
In order to fill out the Preference Form, a member of the Indian Defense Forces must be serving in the region of Maharashtra where the candidate is applying for a position on the last day of submission.
To be eligible, the individual must have passed the entrance exam.
A certificate in proforma issued by the issuing authority, as well as all necessary and acceptable verification for the conditions listed above, must be provided.
Children of civilian employees of the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force are not subject to this restriction.
