harshitasharansrivastava Student Expert 17th Jan, 2021

Hello Dear,

Institute of Rural Management Anand is an autonomous institution and premier business school located in Anand Gujarat, Cutoff refers to the minimum marks required by the candidates to qualify for the Group Activity and Personal Interview. The cutoff for general category (non-profile based) remains the highest with 85 percentile in XAT. There nothing mention like sectional cutoff. Sir, After completed Bsc agriculture from private university I an eligible for getting admission in Institute of rural management Anand (IRMA) in PGDM ( RM ).

Subhrajit Mukherjee 29th Oct, 2020

Obviously you can do that. According to the official website of IRMA , any student graduated with any discipline can apply if he/she has a minimum education of 15 years (i.e., a bachelors degree) & 50% or above marks in graduation or corresponding CGPA (for sc/st its 45%). Also the students of final year can apply.

I hope my answer helps you. Wish you all the very best for your future endeavors!

Hi aspirant,

You have obtained 81.5 percentile in JEE Main and belong to SC category. Based on this rank it is not possible for you get admission in IIIT Hyderabad. The cutoff for IIIT Hyderabad is very high and your percentile is not much sufficible. You can check the previous year cutoff of IIIT Hyderabad by clicking on the following link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/iiit-hyderabad-btech-cutoff

However, you you have other options as well. You can predict your college and branch options based on this rank or percentile by using the JEE Main college predictor tool by clicking on the following link: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hope it helps you.

my waiting list no is 65 in general category may i get admission in irma

rajaman9300 Student Expert 7th Apr, 2020

Hello Trilochan

With this waiting list chances are pretty less because if you consider previous 5 years trend then the students having waiting list under 30-35 is considered safe.

Last to last year 2-3 students got with 40-45 waiting list.

As you have mentioned that your's is 65 then i think chances are nil.
