Hey, Kishan!
Adding on to what Abhinav said earlier; as a current student of the program, I can assure you that your science background will be helpful, at least in the first year as you have to take subjects such as linear algebra, integral calculus 1 and 2. Also, please be informed, that your knowledge in mathematics due to your science background will indeed come handy but subjects such as political science, microeconomics and macroeconomics might require additional efforts to be put in on your behalf.
Please note, it's not a BBA+ MBA program; you're awarded a BA (Foundations in Management) degree after successfully completing the first three years of the program. It is a BA (Foundations in Management)+ MBA program.
P.S. as a current student, I can assure you that we have a mix of students of every background, be it science, commerce or arts, so if you're interested, do go ahead and give the exam. Hope this helps. All the best!

Set weekly targets and aim to achieve the same before time. Why I am focusing on a weekly timeline is because it gives you the flexibility to cover the targets while also accommodating other engagements!
So, at the start of every week segregate topics which you will be studying that week and build a daily plan like the one below:
30 minutes a day of reading + VA practice
1 Quant concept a day (theory)
1 LR set (from dedicated IPMAT Preparation Courseware)
15 minutes a day of quants practice
This can be changed according to when you are starting i.e. the time left for preparation. This particular target plan will work if you have around a year to prepare!
