IPMAT is exam which is conducted by IIM Indore for five year integrated program (BBA +MBA ) from IIM Indore whereas CAT exam is for MBA degree in different IIMs and B schools.Although the syllabus is same for CAT and IPMAT but the difficultly level is totally different.Hope
