If you are a general category student your chances are very less of getting admission in shaheed sukhdev college. It is tge top college and there is a lot of competition for it. Students with around 97 percentile will be getting it. You can check last year’s cut off for different colleges for all the categories here-

As per your percentile there are rare chances of getting admission in Delhi University. Clearly, Shaheed Sukhdev College can't be mentioned as its cutoff goes too high but you will get a good college in the next cutoffs.
