Yes, Maths is compulsory.

According to the DU JAT 2019 eligibility criteria, candidates should complete their higher secondary education in any stream (Science, Humanities, and Commerce) from a recognised board and obtain a minimum score of 60 per cent in four papers including English, Mathematics and other two subjects

No, you are not eligible.

Maths is very much compulsory in +2 for DU BMS. BMS i.e Business Management Studies is a course conducted by Delhi University. For BMS, eligibility Criteria is prescribed by Delhi University.

Hi Akash,

you have got a decent score in your 12th standard to meet the basic criteria to get eligible for DU JAT. That's  to get above 60 percent in the board and also MATHS and English as compulsory subjects in best of 4 subjects.

Hi Sagar,

If you're an OBC then definitely it will add some advantage over selection process in Delhi University admission. Once the results will be out, DU itself will release its Cut off list for all the categories i.e General, OBC, SC/ST.

The list generally go upto 10th cut off

Du jat(Delhi university joint admission test) is a university level exam conducted once in a year and this year it held on june 22nd.The application form for the same will be released around  15th may and you may get your admit card within 15-18th of june.

Hello Kiran, If I want to take an admission in any of the two courses mentioned above, I will prefer the BFIA i.e Bachelor of Financial and Investment Analysis.

Is Maths mandatory for DU-JAT 2019 ?

Hello Surbhi,

Yes, Mathematics is a mandatory subject in yojr Class 12th to appear for DU-JAT 2019.

The final score is calculated as a percentage of your Class 12th percentage and your DU-JAT Score.

Well it depends.There are so many college that offer BBA in DU.Some of them even don't conduct entrance and just take admission on the basis of merit list of board marks.Your marks make you eligible so for those colleges that conduct entrance you can appear in that and if
