    My Cmat marks is 231 & score 89.89 percentile. Till now, I have applied K j Somaiya, Welingkar & Great Lakes. I am confused, please guide me some good colleges, will be of much help. Thank you. Bio- I am a Girl, Gen-Pwd, Bangalore.

    The cutoff percentile for Great Lakes, Welingkar and KJ Somaiya is more than 90 percentile in CMAT. So it may be a little difficult for you to get a call from there. But you may get a call from the Bangalore campus of Welingkar  and Gurgaon campus of Great Lakes. But you can surely check out some other decent colleges like
    • XISS Ranchi (fees = 10 lakhs)
    • XIME Bangalore (10 lakhs)
    • BIMM Pune (7.85 lakhs)
    • IMT Nagpur (14 lakhs) and Hyderabad  (12 lakhs) campuses
    • NIBM Pune (3.75 lakhs)
    • ITM Navi Mumbai (10.5 lakhs)and others

    I got 83.17 %tile in CMAT 2020 with score 211. Which colleges can i target ? Please suggest some good colleges from which i can expect a call on this score

    With your CMAT percentile you can apply for the following colleges
    • ITM Navi Mumbai (fees = 10.5 lakhs)
    • IMT Nagpur (14 lakhs)and Hyderabad (12 lakhs) campuses
    • BIMM Pune (7.85 lakhs)
    • BIMTECH Noida (only for PGDM RM and PGDM IBM). BIMTECH Noida considers CAT/XAT/GMAT percentile for its main PGDM program and for PGDM IB
    • NDIM New Delhi (9.3 lakhs)
    • Praxis Kolkata (7.57 lakhs)
    • XISS Ranchi (10 lakhs)
    • XIME Bangalore (10 lakhs)
    • Alliance University Bangalore (13 lakhs)

    You can definitely expect a call from these institutions if you apply for them. Moreover they are decent colleges in terms of both academics and placements and you can easily bag a good job in a reputed organization with an average compensation package of around 6-7 lakhs.

    If you belong to the state of Maharashtra then you can also expect a call from SIES Mumbai and NL Dalmia but if you're from outside Maharashtra then it would be a little difficult as then the cutoffs would be 99.94 and 99.83 percentile respectively with 5 seats each for outside Maharashtra students through CMAT.

    I got 83.17 percentile in CMAT. How to apply in PUMBA college. Does PUMBA release its application form seperately. Or we have to follow DTE counselling process which will happen in May.

    Hello,

    PUMBA only provides MBA. It does not provides PGDM. You can apply for PUMBA through CAP form released by DTE in the month of April/May. Then if you belong to Maharashtra state then your CET score will be considered. And if you apply through All India seats, you can apply through CMAT, MAT, ATMA, CET scores through the same form. But the cutoff is in higher 90's.

    With your CMAT percentile you can check out these colleges along with their fees

    These are some of the decent colleges in terms of academics and placements. All of them are more or less same and offer nearly 70-80% placements. Colleges like XIME and IMT are good for their marketing programs whereas XISS would be a better option if you're looking for a career in Human resources Management.

    Prin LN Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research Mumbai may give you a call only if you belong to the state of Maharashtra. If you're from other states then you'll be required to get atleast 99.93 percentile in CMAT. Moreover there are only 18 seats for students from outside Maharashtra through CMAT.

    Prin LN Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research Mumbai does a profile based shortlisting for students belonging to the state of Maharashtra. The total seats are 120 out of which only 18 seats are there for students from other states. Other state students are required to score atleast 99.93 percentile in CMAT in order to get a call from We School Mumbai. So if you're from Maharashtra then you can surely get a call or else the chances are bleak.

    But you can surely check out some other colleges like
    • XISS Ranchi (fees = 10 lakhs)
    • XIME Bangalore (10 lakhs)
    • NDIM New Delhi (9.3 lakhs)
    • BIMM Pune (7.85 lakhs)
