Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that yes you are eligible for CMAT afte having a degree in BA Distance program. The eligibility criteria of CMAT says :-

• Applicant must be a citizen of India
• Graduates in any discipline can apply for CMAT

The Common Management Admission Test 2020 will be conducted by the National testing Agency. The Image Correction window is currently open from 11th-30th November, 2019. However, only the photograph and the signature can be re-uploaded in this window and there is no facility for changing the locality.
