All the Best
hello..
It all depends on your abilities to perform or solve the questions. When you are good in solving simple questions with full confidence then go for MAT. When you are good in analyzing the questions then go for the CMAT exam.
Compared to MAT the difficulty level of CMAT is quite high. Although both the exams have the same syllabus but CMAT is considered as difficult exam.
The sections of MAT are Language comprehension, intelligence and critical reasoning, data analysis and sufficiency, mathematical skills, Indian and global environment. Although the last section that is the general awareness will not be considered for overall score. It is not necessary to attend the section in MAT.
The duration of MAT exam is 150 minutes and 200 questions where each question one mark and there is negative marks of 1/4 for each wrong answer.
CMAT had 4 sections with 25 questions in each section and the time for the exam is 180 minutes.
MAT can be taken four times a year, so if you miss once then there are other chances to take up the exam and correct the mistakes once which were done already.
The CMAT exam is held only once a year and must be taken carefully without any chaos.
