Candidates who will complete their Graduation in 2020 can appear for CMAT. So, if you will complete your Graduation in 2020 and manage to clear your backlogs atleast by the  time of admission and counselling, you will be eligible to appear for CMAT. You should secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in your Graduation. It is 50% if you belong to General Category and 45% for Reserved Categories. • A candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised board or university. Candidates who belong to general category/OBC must secure atleast 50% aggregate in their bachelor's degree. For SC/ST minimum of 45% aggregate is required in bachelor's degree.
• Candidates who are presently in final are also eligible to apply.

So if you are in final year of B.tech and if you have minimum aggregate as stated above then you are eligible to apply for CMAT 2020.

You are not eligible for CMAT exam if you have score 49% in your graduation,until or unless you are from reserved category(For reserved category 45% is the minimum percentage).

But don't worry,because there are tons of good colleges where graduation marks do not play a major role.So you can get admission easily if you do well in entrance exam.

Different schools have different criteria and therefore you'll need to apply accordingly. Like some of them give you the option to add just the application or registration number while some ask for the result. I would suggest that you apply after the conductance of the exam as you'll know which schools to apply to knowing how you did.
