Hello aspirant
As you must know CMAT is Consisiting of 4 sections:
1. Quantitative techniques and data interpretation: Here you just have to read and understand the questions and try to use your imaginations. There are books for CMAT study materials. Please practice from those books.
2. logical reasoning: it is purely based on how you apply your logics and applications and answer the correct option. Just have to understand. So english is not a big deal here.
3. Language comprehensions: this section is all about Grammer and read and answer types. You need to purchase some good books and practice. Practice makes a man perfect and nothing is impossible. Give more time to prepare for this and start giving apptitude tests by your own by buying apptitude test books.
4. General awareness: it is all about economy, business, politics etc. Be updated with current affairs and news. Read news papers that will help you to clear your English.
The more you read , the more you will get better with english. Try hard.
Hope that helps.

Hello,
Since you have not specified any detail regarding the disability I cannot help directly regarding that so what you should do is, Firstly you should check according to the provided guidelines of the Examination whether that person actually falls under the PWD category. If you are unable to get the type of disability you can contact your doctor or try searching it online.
All the Best.
