As per the basic eligibility criteria of CAT 2018, the management aspirants must have a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50 percent marks in aggregate. Hence, you are not eligible for CAT.

Here is a list of all government medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh and their respective cut offs under the State quota ( AU Region) for the Unreserved category. Considering your rank you don't seem to have much chance in government colleges. You might have some chances in private colleges.

No , MAT amd CAT syllybus are diffrent for the entrance exam, as well as you can not use the same book for the prepration of entrance exam. As the syllybus are totaly diffrent in both of the exams.  You can check the pattern of the exam on career 360.

Try to score as high as possible. Do not limit yourself to the 90 percentile boundary now. Aim for the stars for now. And yes you will get a lot of decent colleges to choose from.
