If you take you can apply to all the business schools in India , but that depends on the percentage you receive in your cat examination.

To apply for IIM's if you get 94% and above, to apply for remaining most of the business schools you need get 80% ,

No,  CAT results are valid for one year.
U can take admission in MBA only on private or deemed university without CAT.

No work experience will get you rejected in Interview.
U need experience for 2 years in respective field as well.
