Astha Jain 15th Jun, 2022

If you failed in 12 th that is past and won't at all decide you future. If you put in all your hardwork and efforts you can crack any exam . And to put in this way the quants syllabus of CAT is till class 10 maths only . And For DILR nad VARC its all about practice. Keep on putting efforts and you will ace it .

You should definitely give it a try . What is in your hands in efforts . Give it your all without thinking about the results and in the end you will find that you have aced the exam and get into top B - school.

i choose obc category during pg admit form after i know that my caste Hindu chaudhari doesnt include in central OBC list but included in state obc reserved list? i will not get reservation in AIQ right?treated as gen. cat.? will I be able to get reservation in state councelling?

Subhalaxmi Biswal 13th Jun, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

MCC considers a central list for OBC caste for NEET PG counselling while taking students under All India Quota or AIQ. As you have mentioned that your caste is under the state list of OBC caste. So, you will be eligible for a reservation under the OBC quota in the state counselling if and only you apply for state quota seats. So you can of course avail the benefits of reservation under OBC in your state. As your caste is not involved in central OBC benefit, you will be treated as a general category student for the AIQ seat and won't be able to avail any benefits of reservation. Through NEET PG cutoff, candidates who cleared the cut-off will be awarded entry to 50% All India Quota (AIQ), 50% state quota, all deemed/central universities, ESIC/AMFS colleges, and private institutes.

Regards.

if I crack cat exam then what my fees structure

Anushri Varshney 8th Jun, 2022

Hi there,

It depends onthe college you are aiming to join after cracking or clearing CAT examination. The fees for MBA program in IIM'S is very high it ranges around 12-25 lakhs for 2 years. And for FMS, Delhi it is as low as 1 lakh for 2 years.
Also, IIMs can be broadly classified into 3 clusters based on the fee they charge.

IIM A, B, C - Rs. 20 to 22 lakh

IIM L, K, I - Rs. 14 to 17 lakh

New IIMs - Rs. 10 to 14 lakh

IIMs have been increasing their fee by 10 to 15% every year citing inflation. The fee might go up next year by 10 to 15% going by the trend.

Follow this link to get the list of colleges and their fees- https://bschool.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-mba-colleges-in-india

Hello aspirant,

Hope you sre doing well..!!!!

On the off chance that you are intending to show up in the CAT test around the same time when you are going to finish your graduation then there is no such thought of Gap year. Presently there is one significant point that is, your hole year doesn't in any way shape or form influence your readiness or your guiding calls at the hour of meetings henceforth you can certainly show up, without giving a lot of pressure to Gap Year.

ayanmukherjee045 3rd Jun, 2022

Dear aspirant,

The Cochin University of Science and Technology will release the CUSAT cat cut off on its official website. The CUSAT cut off marks is the minimum marks secured by the candidate to get admission to the respective colleges.

The cut offs will be released in the form of opening and closing ranks . However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like:-

  • Number of candidates appearing in the examination.
  • Number of vacant seats in college.
  • Previous year cut offs.
  • Difficulty level of the paper.

As per my view you have chances to get a seat in School of Engineering, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Ernakulam and Cochin University College of Engineering, Kuttanad.

To get more information about the cut offs as per your rank you can check out the link given below-
