It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances for any particular college or branch because the cut-offs keep on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in WBJEE 2022
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for WBJEE 2022
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on
However on the basis of previous year's cut-off you have good chances to get CSE in following private colleges not in government colleges :-
Bengal College of Engineering & Technology, Durgapur
Abacus Institute of Engineering & Management, Mogra, Hooghly
Academy of Technology, Adisaptagram, Hooghly
And some more.....
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/wbjee-cutoff
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

No the CAT and CUET exam syllabus are not that same. For CAT you have to prepare for VARC, DILR and Quants section. And that also the quants are upto whatever you have studied till class 10. Also the difficulty levels for VARC section is quite high and mainly comprises reading comprehension. Also, for different courses the subject that you study for CUET is a bit dfferent . So, summarizing it , CAT and CUET exam syllabus is not same
