Your Jee main obc category rank is quite high . There are very less chance of getting nit . But you should try in all round there is some chance of getting lower ranked nit college like Nagaland , mizoram etc .

Congratulations for performing well in Jee main examination in 2019 but according to your it is difficult to get any Nit if you get Nit then you will get low branches I must say that apply for new IIIT like raipur you get admission according to previous year

For preparation you can opt for TIME test series as their level is equivalent or a little harder as compared to CAT thus, preparing you for one level up.

Yes you can give GMAT,but mostly GMAT is given by experienced students who have atleast 5 years of experience and freshers usually prefer CAT over GMAT.

Are TIME and IMS CAT mocks above actual CAT in difficulty level?

The level of difficulty of TIME mocks is too high compared to an actual cat, and IMS is somewhat closest to the actual cat if you are to choose one then I would suggest go with the IMS mock.
