There would be many colleges which would have cutoffs in this range. So you need to decide which location, college and branch you are aiming for. So after picking some top colleges following this, you can go for cutoffs.

If you have a backlogs then clear it first. However, you can prepare for CAT 19 and can give an exam like a practice test and then give a final attempt for CAT 20. As, once you have cleared all your paper in graduation it will be easy

If it's your category rank then you may have some chances of getting Production or Metallurgical Engineering in BIT Sindri.
Again that depends on the number of seats available in each branch. For production they have a total of 54 seats and for metallurgy they have again 54 seats.
