Dear Prasad, you haven't mentioned your CGPA. But to be eligible for ABM, you should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA if you belong to General Category. It is 45% for Reserved Categories. If you score this, you are eligible for appearing for CAT and ABM

With your academic records, you need to score more than 99.8 percentile to get a call from IIM Ahmedabad, more than 99.5 percentile to get a call from IIM Kozhikode and  more than 98 percentile to get into MDI Gurgaon. All the best!

Dear Divya, CAT is an online examination of 3 hours duration.The questions in the exam will be of MCQ and TITA type totaling 100 questions. MCQ are multiple choice questions, for which candidates get multiple answer choices. Each Question has 3 marks and a wrong answer takes away 1 mark.

In case of filling up the CAT application form, you have to write the aggregate percentage for all 3 years in your application form. You need to just calculate the total marks obtained in all the 3 years and divide it by the total marks and express it as

Dear Khushboo, for converting your CGPA into marks, please multiply your CGPA with 9.5. So, if your CGPA is 9, your marks shall be calculated as 99.5 which is 85.5 marks. This also will be your percentage. And CAT interface accepts numericals in nnn.nn format. So please enter your marks
