Dear Kriti, there are 20 IIMs and each year an IIM takes turn to conduct CAT. This year it is IIM Kozikhode. When the IIMs themselves conduct an entrance examination, it is unlikely that the same IIMs will allow admissions without CAT as an entrance examination. There cannot be conflict
If you scored atleast 50% marks in your graduation or 45% marks if you are from reserved category, then I would suggest you to opt for CAT instead of MH-CET. This is mainly because you can get admission easily to the top institutes like IIM as they prefer CAT
