In 2019 the cut off for FMS BHU was 85% percentile for candidates who belong to general category. And there is no minimum cut off percentile for reserved candidates.And this cut may change in 2020.So if you belong to reserved category you may get selected.The final selection is based

The dates had passed for CAT 2019. Exam was on 24 November 2019. You can apply for CAT 2020. The registration for CAT 2020 will start on 8 August 2020 (tentatively). Exam will be on last sunday of November or First sunday of December 2020, tentatively 25 November 2020.

No, you cannot.For admission in IIT kanpur in MBA, a candidate must appear for the CAT examination and should have  valid CAT percentile of 85 and above.
